 Description
Locks #3 and #4 of the Saint Lawrence Seaway system. Used to lift ships from Lac Saint-Louis into the Beauharnois Canal. From there they head off to Lac Saint-Francois and points west. Combined, these two locks provide about 24m of lift.

    Some ships like the Paul Martin take over an hour to lock through because they are longer than the original designed length of the locks (basically like a fat man in a speedo).
