In about that condition they are looking for $20-30 bucks a pop for the Return of the Jedi lunch box on ebay
for the dukes of hazard one in perfect condition with the thermos its going for $50-60

Yeah, I was tempted to take the Jedi lunchbox home for my bro-in-law.
Country exp - From what I gathered from exploring and research the building housed an elementary school and a church. So the books might be part of a community program or something.
