Is this old stadium just being torn down, or is there a new one being built in its place? The scoreboard looks pretty shiny and new.

There is a complete renovation project going on. The south side of the upper seating is now all gone, along with all of the lower seating. I believe the north upper seating area is the only part that will remain.

It's very active, but we just had a holiday where there was only one security guard on-site.
