I will be in Denver January 3rd to the 7th, and should be free anytime within then. I sadly don't have a car so if we could work something out with that too, that would be awesome  Thanks in advance!

But I would like to get to know some of them. I have a lot to offer, as does anyone on this site. A meet up sounds nice.

Yeah, it's definitely cold as hell down there in the summer, and not to mention the perfectly ample for sledding hill that is near the entrance... might as well bring your skis sled and snowboard if you plan on making a trip in the snow...

| | | | The ground is a good insulator, it will definitely be warmer down there than on the surface. It just takes longer for the temperatures to equal out. Cooler in the summer, warmer in the winter. I'm willing to bet that the temperature is roughly the same to what you experienced in the summer; but going there from cold, it will feel warmer.
Oh well, those who have gone know better than I, which is why I wish to go with them, so if you guys don't think its worth it then I can wait.
