Where are you going to be staying in Japan? It's not exactly an easy/cheap country to traverse, so unless you're going through Fukuoka, Gunkanjima will probably be out of your reach.

If you do live in Korea, it might be far more efficient to save it for another trip. Nagasaki is significantly closer to Busan than Tokyo.
