|  | | | This is a little form so to speak that I picked up in my travels with military. I have modified it slightly due to some parts of it being almost useless to many of you and maybe useless to me in a blue moon. This is for you guys who have friends who live 2-3 hours away and you maybe doing something hairy or you dont want them going in blind. This form should cover who what where and when. I will also add one other some times soon. Like I said most of you wont need this.
Operations Order AKA Mark's Op Order
1. Situation
A. Enemys- there capablities and indications
Basicly your gonna state there is secuirty the use blue lights on there such and such car. Can they arrest you or only say "stop or I'll say stop again." This ranges from Military to the passerby.
B. Friendly- same as enemys however capabilities will be more along the lines of help the can provide.
If your going to say Asylum X and your buddy works security this is the place to remind them of that. Also I put team info like 3 people ones med trained etc.
2. Mission
This is a paragraph or two about what you want accomplished such as scout something new, to take specific photographic shots. You want this a concise statment of tasks that need to be accomplished
3. Execution
A. Concept of Operation
I basicly start here writing down a point by point how things should go and what to do if not. EXP: 1. park car at spot X 2. Break into two teams. 3a. Team A photographs house. 3b. Team B photographs complex. and so on
B. Specific missions for each unit,team group.
Bassicly you state what everyone should do. Kinda of a specific rehash for your smaller teams
C. Cordination of Instructions
This is nearly pointless unless you do active sites like myeslf and others. Here is where you talk about how a spotting unit who is watching the complex will communicate with other units to steer them away from cops people etc. Like I said not so useful a step and can be left out.
4. Administration/Medical and Logistics
This is where you stick info about what you may need that is special. If you got a buddy who needs specific medical things here is where you notify everyone else about it. This is more useful for overnight stays on a complex etc. Do not negate medical knowledge for short trips. This also includes trip flares, panoramic cammeras, etc basicly anything your gonna need extra from your primary gloves and lights.
5. Command and Signals
A. Signals and info- What kind of signals will you have, auditory visual etc. Also what they mean.
We are talking about having maybe a trip flare positioned so if a cop roles in he will set off a firework or something telling everyone to beat feat etc. Fog horns as well most of this is just in case radios go out.
B. Radio Signal and info- I split this up because of the fact many people neglect to look at this and you can make a rip sheet at the bottom for this. Esentially this tells you callsigns and codewords for everything from all clear to ohh SHIT theres cops
You should use callsigns on all radios for safety and deniability. That way if your picked up they cant say they heard Bob being called for etc. Also if anyone is listening codewords makes your converations a hell of a lot harder to understand so it will take them longer to ruin your plans.
Like I said this isnt all going to be useful. This is my Op Order build your own and try it sometime.

| | | | actually a modified patrol leader bit but its more of a brief. if you had read I said its not for everyone. However currently Im running 2 day long operations at once place. I have new people coming in and old people returning blind of the new site and no time to do recon with them. Hence the necsisty for proper planning.
