Thanks! I only got to explore half of the inside due to the other parts being bolted or padlocked shut and I wasn't into vandalising to get in, so I explored the open areas.

I'm not sure. There are a ton of them at a textile mill here (the one in the mill 2 post). Mill 2 is slowly being demolished, while Mill 1 and Factory are just rotting.
The first time I went to Mill 1, I heard a cell phone other than mine ring (I went by myself) and then heard dogs barking (no houses in the area). I left quickly. The second time, no sign of life. It's time for a third trip.
