| | | Just because they're abandoned does not mean that they are explorable any time in the near future. They'll have to be decommissioned in 2022, and they'll be heavily guarded for years and years after that. If a nuclear plant was functioning at any point, it's highly unlikely that anyone will be able to enter it illegally.
