| | | I told you guys that I was going to get some pictures of the inside of this bad boy, so yesterday me and 2 friends drove to the church and parked across the road. the area is kinda populated so we made a mad dash across the road and through thorns and small trees to the back of the house where the point of entry is. Sorry for the bad quality pictures but here they are, Enjoy! 1. It is impossible to get in through the front because the door has been boarded shut.

| | | D-rockpend: I don't agree with the comments about your photography, and I think some people are being unfair towards you. I think your pictures are fine. People sometimes forget that this is an Urban Exploration site, not a photography site. You choose interesting subjects, and you give us a good understanding of the location. That's what I consider good UrbEx. Yes, you could benefit from a better camera, and so could all sorts of people. Go buy a digital SLR next time you have a spare $600. Don't have $600 lying around? Neither do most people. Don't have $200 for a point-and-click? Neither do most people. You regularly contribute to the site, and that puts you above a lot of others who are members here. I say keep up the good work.
P.S. I have several film cameras gathering dust, both small and medium-format. You can have one if you want to take on the challenge and expense of owning it.

Thanks for all of that your really kind. I honestly don't care what those people think about my photos, I just do it because its fun to explore all these awesome places, not to be a photographer. And thank you for your offer of giving me one of your cameras, that is very nice of you but im okay without one for now because I have taken pictures of all the abandoned places where I live already. But I might take you up on the offer some other time.

You don't think I know that the pictures are poor quality? I even say in the paragraph before that pictures that I'm sorry for the quality of them.

| | | Yo, everyone just chill out and leave D-rockpend's photography alone. Get this idea that you must have a high end digital SLR camera to go urban exploring. Thats false. All you need is curiosity and a sense of enjoyment from exploring a place that other people have since forgotten. I think that this is a very neat house, and the pictures did a fine job of giving me a tour through it. I had an olympus rugged series camera, however I lost it this winter skiing and dont plan on dropping 300 bucks on a new camera anytime soon. So when i go exploring now as of lately, all i have to take photos with is my ipod touch. Its not the end of the world, at least its sumthing. Pictures are a great part of UER, but im sick of seeing people on the forums who think that the quality of an explorer is directly related to the quality of camera they shoot with.
