1. Broken - Boyce Thompson Institute, Yonkers, NY

2. Broadcasting - St. Patrick's School, Verplanck, NY

3. Driveway - Garrison, NY

These were all shot with a nikon d40, and either an 18-55 lens or a 55-200 lens. I'm a mixed media artist, so #'s 2 and 3 i threw into photoshop to edit.

I think 1 is cool and has good colours. 2 is an interesting idea and looks like it works. 3 is the lesser of the three, and there must be a better angle to present the subject than that, or even just different cropping. Also I think it's lacking in midtones.

1. Very busy looking. It wouldn't be so bad if the random light patterns weren't on the door.

2. Interesting concept... My eyes really like the colourful graffiti radio waves (which is taking away from the rest of the picture)

3. Re-shooting this as a landscape would be a zillion times better.

All in all, not bad.
