Yeah, I did that myself on Dec 2nd. so I feel your pain. Gotten some signigicant bruising from the splint they put me in because of a hairline fracture. Still don't have full range on motion yet, but I'll give it another week.

But get this....you jumped 6 feet? I fell 5 INCHES at the wrong angle....

lol, the blood was pooling around underneath the spots where the brace pressed, so my calves are starting to look like hairy bacon.

I hate how it's always a small fall that gets you hurt, I mean, damn, I only took 7-8 feet when I sprained my ankle (and decided to walk it off).

I've jumped >12 feet just fine before, but no, I had to slip on that grass...

yeah my toes and above my ankle turned black because I wore a ace wrap. Like I was going to let a little bruising stop me from exploring all week...
