It's not too hard to find drain information on then internet. I will make a MySite with all the SE Drain information in one spot if you all wanna help me with collecting data for it. Here is a couple things I found right off the bat.

Mine too!

Anyone done any drains in Florida? Don't think Miami has any, but I've been wondering about Jacksonville.

http://map24.epa.gov/emr/.

That link should pull up a map of the US and all kinds of water related things. If that link doesn't do right, go to this link: http://cfpub.epa.g...water/tmdltool.cfm, and type in an address and pull up the map that way. The map will be a pop-up.

I'm not really sure if you can jump straight to the map, or if you have to just type some place in first. All I know is that it didn't work in Chrome, but it did work in Internet Explorer 8. And it had a crap-load of things you could turn on or turn off. Maybe it's fucking useless, I don't really know much about drains, but I wanted to try to help.

It probably is useless, but I had to read a ton of shit about watersheds and click a lot of links to get that map so I'm posting it. Hopefully someone uses it.

That map is purdy. Here's a question for those who know a thing or two (unlike me), how do you tell which drains on these things are man-sized?

Get out there and pop a manhole. Or find an outfall in Google Earth and compare its size to objects nearby like cars.

i'd love to be able to zoom and see if the Piedmont park outfall is on that map.
