| | | If you know about that then you know about this. Cool spot. Peeped it before when I first got out here BUT the main drag had construction going on for which seemed like forever. A new four laner form two if that helps. Heres another hint. It's down the way from a road who shares the same name as a very popular spot out here in CO. Abandoned building/offices, a chemical tower and hordes (ok maybe not hordes) of construction vehicles and too many used giant utility poles to throw a stick at. I got rolled up on by a kid in a security shirt. Easy to talk to. He didn't much care, just let me go on with my business. Even asked him if I could come back and he said yes. Spent around an hour and a half on the property and was not bothered.

| | | Nice shots. Retro and I have checked this spot out a few times, but today was the first time we encountered security... Good to know that he's harmless if spoken to...

| | | Dude! We saw that "security" guy today... he was in a black car... so we didn't breach the fence... so he's cool? That is so freaking awesome, cuz I love this damn place! Nice pix!

Geneboy, I'm assuming you're coming from Boulder, so: 1. Hop on 36 towards Denver (about 20 miles) 2. Take exit 1 to merge onto I-76 E toward Ft. Morgan 3. Take exit 115 for CO 63 toward Atwood 4. Left at CO 63 North 5. Right at US-6/Front Ave 6. After about 6.5 miles, turn left. Hope that handout was helpful.

| | | This definitely piqued my curiosity. I think I've deduced where it is (mostly due to do dora's post). If it is where I think it is, that shot straight up to the #1 place I want to go. It looks kind of like there's something to the northeast of it, too. Or is it just a trashy, yet inhabited lot?
