|  | | | For obvious reasons this exploration was kept under pretty tight wraps, it was an all star team that assembled, Skaught,Fyrefreak of uea, the world renowned Dsankt, finally Team Leader and Vgabnd.
The entry was interesting to say the least, after stealthily making our way into the shipyard and down onto the dock, the challenge then was to somehow get up on to the deck. The way up was an obstacle unto itself, we had to sort of shimmy along a wet foot wide ledge at the front of the ferry, it was at about a 70% vertical up until reaching deck level, not so bad you might think, but with nothing but the salty brine behind you one misstep could prove your undoing.
After reaching the deck and entering the car level we were all buzzing with excitement. The Fast cats having barely been used were of course in immaculate condition. We had a look at the engines and then decided to head up to the passenger areas.
My personal feeling was that the Fast cats felt a bit small compared to the regular ferries, don't get me wrong they were still plenty big.
The upper deck was quite nice.

After having our fun throughout the passenger decks we decided it was time to head to the bridge.
Working computers how cool, we also found a few rope rockets, there was definitely some talk as to how this technology could be employed in regards to ue.

Sort of why "Echo from the past" is in the title, they are now as you know on there way to Abu dhabi.
Capt. Canada we would have taken her for a spin but we forgot the jerry can in the vehicle, she was a bit low on fuel.
