|  | | | This is the Butte Knitting Mill in Upstate, SC. Sunday was my group's 4th or 5th trip there and we finally got all the way through it. There is usually an angry hobo in there but I guess he was hanging out somewhere else that day. I don't know much about the place other than it opened in the 60s and shut down in the 90s. Most of the inside is pitch black and covered in 2 inches of water and soggy ceiling tiles. It smells like death from all the rotting fabric but it's always worth the trip.
