| | | So i tried using Flikr for the images, but everytime i would post this, it would mess them. So I am having to use UERs uploader. Sorry for those of you that hate it this way. So there is an old abandoned military base in town. They used it to make and test all kinds of explosives, so we watched our step and did go off road too much. Anyway, there is the big main factory, and several smaller warehouses, it is in fairly good shape, the only stuff that is not is one building they are tearing down. There are other buildings we didn't go to because it was near a police station. There is more stuff buried in the woods and looks like it goes underground. We plan on going back in the fall or winter when we see deeper into the woods and know where we need to go. So here are some of the pics. The main factory/warehouse. Inside and out
The one being torn down

We're sorta like 7-Eleven. We're not always doing business, but we're always open. |

| | | Flickr's new photo page sucks. You have to go to the "view all sizes" page, right click on the image, and steal its url. That should fix any problems you have with Flickr, but it is a pain in the ass.

| | | It took me a while to get used to it, but now I kinda like the new Flickr photo page. You don't have to do all that to get to the URL, and in fact it is much easier now. On the main photo page just click the Share This button above the picture and a drop down menu will appear. You can then select Grab the HTML/BBCode and you can get the HTML or BBCode for any size you want right there! [last edit 8/20/2010 5:18 PM by YoelT - edited 1 times]

| | | Not against the rules, but you can only edit a post for 24 hours, so looks like you missed it. No worries, though. Just keep it in mind for next time.

| | | Sadly it appears as if the TNT plant and part of the military base are being destroyed. i drove past them on 8/23 and there were a lot of construction crews down there. I will keep an eye on it.

Auf wiedersehen. Can't say I didn't see it coming though, before you posted this I thought it had already been demolished.
