Infiltration

	This alleyway was surrounded by mostly tall buildings which couldn't be reached. There was one exception. This vent was a simple way up. Simple enough. Anyway, we found another alleyway and looked for a way up onto the rooftops. We found no immediate way up like ladders or ledges but upon further inspection, I spotted this room-esque type deal. You can see the bridge-like support that we walked across to get up. Our goal was to navigate the entire block of buildings via rooftops. The problem was a ten foot drop with nothing to hang from other than a gutter. You can see me looking around a corner of a tall building looking down at the drop and at a brick column which we eventually used as a sort of grip to slide/fall down. I cut my leg/ass on the gutter on the way down. Our next problem was getting up an ten to twelve foot distance. This photo shows the view from across the alley from the location we were when we first reached the roof. To the left side of the picture, you can see the climb. Luckily, there was a rope tied to the top of the building due to, I assume, maintenance. This is the view from the highest building (or the highest one possible to climb). At this point it was pretty much dark and the pictures taken are limited. At this point, we had gotten all the way around the buildings, with the exception of one tall building on the corner of the block, which we were not able to climb. So we looked for a way down and found some pipes. Later that night, after exploring an abandoned industrial building, we walked past a building that was actually quite large. We walked around and I found one of the only ways up and the most logical.

	That's looks awesome. I love exploring roof tops, and trying to travel the whole block is great fun. It's how i first got into urban exploration really.
