|  | | | I was I the reach out to NS thing at NSCC. We got to goto Mcnabbs to clean up garbage and had a tour. Pretty sweet.

"Visitor Notices: Due to planned stabilization work at Fort McNab there will be periods of time throughout the period June 14, 2010 to March 31, 2011 that Garrison Pier will be closed to the public. These public closures are required to offload supplies for the planned work and to ensure a safe environment for all.
Notification of such closures will be posted on Garrison Pier 48 hours in advance. Each closure should only last between 1 to 2 hours. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Also during that period public are asked to avoid the area around Garrison Pier as it will be an active construction site during the clean up."
