Actually, there are a number of different things you can attach to the aforementioned tool, one of which is made of the same stuff used for scuff pads (for lightly abrading smooth surfaces in order to get better paint adhesion). I imagine that sort of thing would work great to artificially wear a pair of jeans or something.
