Well then, I guess it's too late, I haven't been by there in a while. Many new members are unaware of the "unspoken rules" we as a community tend to have, so it may be more constructive to simply explain.
Carl, if you're still interested in the history of the building, though the physical location may be gutted, there's plenty online, if you look in the right places.

Try finding something on your own that may be hidden somewhere that is hard to find. You will prove yourself way faster and better than just asking people about an abandoned building downtown that everybody has been aware of for the past 10+ years. With that in mind, feel free to PM me if you want to explore a building. I am still a firm believer that every new explorer deserves one freebie, but that's it!
