Patterns and Textures

So some of the things that really catch my eye are the textures and patterns in my surroundings, as well as nature reclaiming her territory. A recent exploration presented more opportunities to capture these themes than I've ever had before; so I've been inspired to post my favorites from that trip and a couple others. Hopefully you don't find them too mundane.

Nice pics - the textures definitely stand out in most of them.

I really like #10....

gizmodo had a shotting challenge with double focus or something... where u take one pic w/close focus and another w/far focus and merge them with some program (im sure it could be managed in photoshop) so then the whole thing is in focus....

the point is I would like to see # 10 that way.. actually maybe just with the front part i like that the back is outta focus
