This is an old video, and I'm surprised it's not in the forums yet.

A few specialty moves that may prove useful while exploring:

Being rather out of shape, I don't find parkour very pratical around crumbling abandonments, but I'm sure there are others who think differently.

I actually think it has been posted on UER. I might be wrong but UER has been around a long time and so has this video so.

And theyre called Building Jumpers.

The only thing I could get away with is maybe the wall/shipping container jump climb.

I could attempt everything else in the video, but I doubt I would survive.

I can do the run-jump-wallgrab-climb move and the jump land combat roll move but a lot of it's for show and would just slow you down.

I can't do flips, my center of gravity is too low, but I weight dick-nothing so I am good at climbing/ jumping moves / one hand pullups / etc.

I'm an active Traceur...This stuff really doesn't come in handy when UEing. When you're exploring any place, you want to minimize your chances of getting hurt. The only time it rarely is useful is when you are either climbing a wall, or running from security....which you shouldn't have to do. I would suggest talking to them intstead

I have these rare skills as well.

I don't have any video footage, but I kind of look like the second guy in this clip.

Cheers,

Doug.

Running is only smart if youre far away and have a chance to get away or they havent seen you yet. Why turn yourself in when you can run?

Some parts could be useful, you would never see security jumping from building to building or jumping off two story buildings. I would love to see security chasing these guys in an urban setting.
