| | | About the only way that I can see this being useful is if you're fallen into a hole, and need to see what's below you faster. Of course, if you've fallen into a hole, then you probably have bigger issues than seeing where you're going to land.

Talk about B&E tools.... but seriously that holster thing made me think of a lightsaber holster.

| | | Does anyone use holsters of any kind? I know they're generally popular in the broader torch-slinging world, but does anyone use them when trespassing recreationally? *looks into crystal ball*... I think I see a poll coming up in the Flashlights, Torches and Portable Lighting board...

| | | The flashlight that I use: http://www.ledlens...php?modelNum=7736D comes with a holster. You can buy it at Lowes for $35. It's an amazing flashlight. I found the holster extremely useful simply because before I started using it, I used to forget to bring a flashlight to places ALL the time. Now I literally ALWAYS have my flashlight on me, even in class. And it's amazing how often that is even useful in non-UE situations. It's much smaller and more discrete than the one you posted a picture of. It's just a cloth pouch with velcro that I put on my belt loop with a biner. You can't usually even see it because most of my tshirts are baggy enough to cover it.

| | | I'll admit to using a Nite-Ize Grip-N-Clip for my Maglites.
Great bit of kit I have found far too useful on so many occasions. Better than a simple ring or just holding it.

Haha kind of ironic you posted that picture and for those that dont know that is Paul Kim the man behind all the wonderful Surefire creations including this holster which seems to be where the idea for the holster you posted was jacked from. http://www.surefir.../V85-Speed-Holster
