comes with a holster. You can buy it at Lowes for $35. It's an amazing flashlight. I found the holster extremely useful simply because before I started using it, I used to forget to bring a flashlight to places ALL the time. Now I literally ALWAYS have my flashlight on me, even in class. And it's amazing how often that is even useful in non-UE situations. It's much smaller and more discrete than the one you posted a picture of. It's just a cloth pouch with velcro that I put on my belt loop with a biner. You can't usually even see it because most of my tshirts are baggy enough to cover it.

I got one of these for my mom - she can't use the clip to keep her Mag Lite (gift from dad) findable in her purse, but she does clip it on when she goes on walks, which is handy.
