I apologize in advance if this has already been discussed.

I want to get a respirator but I don't know what kind of filters are the best for what situations, I drain a lot but I also want something for inside buildings.

All the numbers and chemical lists confuse the crap out of me seeing how I never took chemistry. It's all just so mind boggling.

Any help would be much appreciated, thank you.

there are plenty of respirator threads, check the search function out, you should find nearly anything you need to know.

Thanks for the tip, I used the search function and didn't find anything so I think I'm good and not going over anything already discussed.

So anyway any tips on what filters I should be using?

Did you spell it wrong? Not making fun or anything but.. I entered "respirator" into search and came up with 20 pages of entries!

Here is more information about respirators then you could ever possibly use in a lifetime:

Here is entry labeled "respirator" from the UE Encyclopedia on this site: http://www.uer.ca/...id=1&threadid=5175

Here is a discussion on respirators vs. dust masks: http://www.uer.ca/...d=67721&currpage=1

Here is a discussion on full face respirators: http://www.uer.ca/...d=59774&currpage=1

Here is a thread on where to buy a respirator: http://www.uer.ca/...d=66431&currpage=1

And just for the hell of it, here's a thread on asbestos: http://www.uer.ca/...d=66027&currpage=1

I'm looking for something specifically about respirator filters so that's what I typed.

Please back on topic tho. Anyone have any advice on what what filters are best for draining and which are better for abandonment's. Ideally one for both worlds.

Then I suggest you learn to read, because it's explained at least 50 times in those threads.
