| | | Does anyone know exactly what it is? From what I can gather from http://wildlife.st...r/StateTrustLands/ it's land the state owns and allows people to hunt on sometimes. The problem is: I can't find the property in question anywhere on their website or online! Dora & I are going to go exploring there tomorrow! We're not worried though, just curious!

| | | I knew I recognized it. I had the name on the tip of my tongue. Let us know what you see when you look around there. We should get together and check out some old ghost and near-ghost towns up in north/east Colorado!

| | | Dora & I had a BLAST!!!! The house is pretty big for an abandoned place in the mountains. There was also another place we explored up the highway a bit and it was awesome as well! Yeah, hopefully we can all go exploring together sometime this summer!

| | | I posted on that once but never got around to looking around (actually I forgot all about it). Was it cool? it looked interesting and if you came in off to the right of the house there wasn't a sign so you didn't actually cross the "line". we poked around for a second but never did more then that - we just saw it from the road. Uh, I guess what I'm asking is - is it worth a quick trip to? (now that I remember that).

| | | Yes, it is worth a trip!!! It was so cool! We got in the house and the basement, and the bottom level of the barn, along with a couple of storage sheds. There was police tape on the house and target practice things pinned up inside... it was weird! See Dora's photos of it here: http://www.flickr....72157619216978425/ She was superfast in getting them up!
(Man, I am so far behind on my photos, it makes me sick!)
