| | | Well I went last year, but forgot my camera. So I'll take another trip over. I'll probably go over on the 13th at around 11.

| | | Whatever day I get over to Georges', I think I'm going to pack a lunch and bring a thermos of coffee along.. Make a day-trip out of it. Last year's trip seemed like we got off the boat, did a lap around the island, basically in a line-up..

| | | Bringing your own lunch is a good idea, last year they were selling food, which means not only did you have to pay for your ticket, you also had to pay like $8.00 for food/drinks.

| | | Well, due to financial shortages, it looks like I won't be going back this year. Hopefully they'll open the island again next year.

| | | That's silly. The last thing Gene Simmons© needs is more money. However, I can understand not wanting to pay 17$ for something that you've already done, will probably happen again and again and again, and will be overcrowded.

| | | I'm not sure I'd go back again. I went last year. They were pretty picky about where you went. A group of guys was about 50 yards in front of me as I was walking toward the lighthouse before a Commissionaire came out of no where yelling for us to get back. Jeez. It was nice to see, but I don't need to see it again since you couldn't really get anywhere they didn't want you to be.

| | | i agree with gretson, the security was tight. i found a hole between the tour groups, and slipped down some hallways, but i was pinned and kicked out of the tunnels in less than five minutes. everything was good until some small children saw us and tried to follow us down some dark tunnels. ive attached a few images. apologies if they're too big/small/cruddy/etc. i was using my g/f's low-end digital, because i forgot my own camera. so, not great shots...
the last one is Max, it was his 11th birthday. the whole ferry sang 'happy birthday' to him. this is what he looked like immediately afterwards. i am sure he will hate us all, forever.

| | | I went by myself on the second last trip, short notice. The tunnels were cool!
