If you are with someone whos' taking photos and they are nice enough to give them to you later, please make sure you have their permission to use/post them anywhere before you do. This will avoid any hurt feelings or anger. A lot of the time pictures will get posted by the person who took them anyways or the person won't mind if you just ask. Also some people here take pride in their photos or even make money from photography therefore just ask permission before you do anything to ensure no one is getting hurt.

Its a common mistake and i thought i would post it in the rookie forum. Thanks.

I hope you're not mad at me, I did give credit to the girl who's in the photo with me ;)

We both set those shots up together but you deserve most of the credit because you're the one that dragged all your photography gear out, I just had a few great shot ideas

(p.s. I didn't know what name you go by on here and I did show you how I was editing our shots when you were here for posting them with no faces instead of just making an ugly blur)

I love you Tamara!

it wasnt directed specifically at you, but yah you're the muse of this thread.
Its my fault anyways for giving you my photos. I dont care about them because lister block photos are a dime a dozen and these were nothing special. I made this thread so that n00bs can understand better about the works of things.

thats all.

Psst Psst reminder we still need to go over the video and you never sent me my pictures that I took of you ;);) Beauty.

Ok enough bugging you, and those shots were not a dime a dozen, the lister might be and easy place to shoot but the memories of being in there with you will last a lifetime, I had the time of my life taking goofy photos and attacking that raindrop....lets not forget our matching bruises, my legs are the same color from that steel beam. Don't worry next time I'll have my camera and I won't miss anymore opportunities like I missed that lime Friday night!

You also have to bare in mind the legal consequences. It's a problem in the UK where newspapers and the such are publishing photos explorers have taken and doing so without permission. I'm not sure what it is like in the States or Canada but in the UK, the photographer is well within his or her rights to ask for a fee for use of the images. I know it isn't directly relating to the situation as I am understanding it but something for you guys to be aware of.

Agreed, but in our case we were just hanging out taking cool pictures of each other while we were exploring, it was more fun than anything seriously artistic.

Tamara is really talented and creative but whats even better than her photography is the smile she gets when shes trying to run in for the timed shot! That was like our hallway shot, set it and run!

Stop laughing and look into the light! (and hold it for the 8 second exposure!)

Look up...no not with your head...Just the eyes..there! Like when that paint chip hit your face!

Positioning that stupid flashlight on the back wall...in 90% of the shots our hands are behind our backs holding that maglite!

When you have a night like that its good enough just to have those memories.
