Did you venture down the precarious path of beams over murky water to get to the launch silos? It's wicked fun. Dangerous, and kind of scary, but totally fun and worth it.

I've done it once, and really want to go back. If you guys feel like doing a morning explore or a Friday/Saturday late night visit, I'd be down.

No matter how crusty or vandalised they might be, I never tire of seeing inside these things.

Thanks! It was a lot of fun, and I loved the layers of vandalism from different eras.. Even though its sad to see such obvious abuse but a real piece of history.. Looking forward to more adventures like that one.

By the way.. Yes I did walk over the water part. Freaking scary lol

It's dry in some places, deep-ish oddly hued water in other places. I can't wait to go back!

At the end of one tunnel, there's a glove sticking up just under the surface of the water, and it looks like a zombie hand. It actually kind of startled a member of the group I was with, hehe.

Yeah.. Its a surreal experience.. I can't erase the images from my mind. I also loved the layers of decay and graffiti.. It was amazing to me that people have been partying there since the 70's.. Its a trip.. And other areas that are harder to get to.. not much touched.. Very interesting..

Dangerous?? I climbed down just above the water for a few shots. We do shit like that around here after a 12 pack and have another sixer before we come back up.

I drink gasoline for breakfeast and beer for dinner!
