|  | | | Does anyone happen to know what the worst possible consequence for getting caught would be in Connecticut i can find it anywhere im not looking to vandalize or anything but it seems like the more i try to go to a place the more security they have now because of people breaking things and painting on them ruining it for everyone so back to my point i was just wondering if the consequences have become more severe because of these people destroying property

I <3 infractions.
Depends where you are; and what you are caught doing. Get caught in a hospital; you will probably spend the night in jail. Get caught elsewhere; maybe a ticket. Or more likely than naught; be asked to leave.
Oh and it depends on who you are caught by too. On sight security varies. Local cops are generally complete dicks. Staties are in my (albeit non-UE) experience fair and reasonable.
The way I see it;
Staties aren't out to get you; and would rather fill out an infraction slip, which is a LOT less paperwork; than a violation. Local cops need a break for their boredom, and security are PAID to catch you; but get paid either way if they get a quiet night.
If you get an infraction, just pay it. If it's a violation, fight it.
Infractions won't come back to haunt you; violations will.

| | | | I don't know for CT specifically, but in NY I've found that as long as you didn't break/tag/steal/shit all over a site then the cops are prolly not gonna mess with you too much. You'll get about an hour of questioning and red-tape in the cold, but odds are you'll walk away with a ticket and if you're up to going to court to contest the ticket the officer won't show up (because he/she has to work and they never expect you to actually show up to contest a ticket) and the judge throws it out.
