I gave up.....moved to a dying mill town up the coast, abandonments abound!!!

I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with isn't it, and what's it seems weird and scary to me, and it'll happen to you, too!

It's something like West Broadway and Spruce. Construction site. Easy access through a break in the fence right on Broadway. Security doesn't seem to be much of an issue. No one on site as I've noticed and no security cameras either, though, it's a busy street with constant traffic.

Anyways, happy exploring!

Maybe Im a big pussy, but I think I'd be scared shitless of draining in vancouver considering how often it rains there, often without warning. Then again, for that very reason I bet there are some badass drains to be found. Nice find imprezza.

It's sad they have developed Lonsdale docks now, it used to be one of my favorite places to go through and photograph.

yeah, i have walked down the hill from my apartment a few times and snuck around the construction site there, but its nothing like it was like 5 years ago when i was exploring.

i did notice a building on Prior and Gore the other day, i may take a look into it a bit more this weekend.

So, skip the sandbox and bust up live goodness. I've heard a set of silos cater to those so inclined, and a certain lake offers much to those who are not.

Lets not forget the Trapp Block, or what's left of woodlands. The old building off of 12th, near the bottom. How is the old casino anyways?

Sadly I couldn't find a way up to the tracks that didn't involve some rope work.

I miss abandonments. *sigh* New stuff just doesn't feel the same. I don't like the sterile feeling of new concrete.

As of today, Thursday July 30, 2009.

Broadway and Quebec. Old building, boarded up but the front door (rather, the plank of wood blocking the entrance) has been knocked off or something. Open windows and stuff. Looks interesting, but I would be careful of creepies and homeless and the like. I didn't see any activity from within, but it's a busy street and it's probably occupied in some way. But the business, whatever used to be there, is definitely dead.
