how about the b&w?

FNO
This cotton mill, wich opened in 1896 and closed in 1990, has become a nightmarish maze of corridors and decay.
This place had about 9000 employees in its glory days.

A rather empty and trashed place, wich i find most of the times not really worth to photograph. But there's some charm to this particular building.

01
Nightmare corridor

02
This maze used to be the office area.

03
Although there's lot's of graffiti most of the collapses are done by water damage.

04
This open space at the end of the maze felt very nice.

05
Dead end.

Nice! Love the plain b&w for this set. I dunno...empty stuff doesn't bother me as long as its aesthetically cool which this definitely is.

very nice shots. as for a b&w critique, while your shots all are what is called "technically correct," (detail in both highlight and shadow areas) my opinion has always been to use higher than usual contrast on more artistic photos, such as these. Specifically, I think the last one could use some more punch.

That's just one man's opinion though.

I think the black and white worked very well with this, dear sweetness. I love 3 and 5 but they are all wonderful!

I feel 5 and 6 are the standouts of the set. 5 is particularly strong because the perspective and composition forces your eye down the hall. Great work as always man!

@ elrais: no - this one is in belgium

@ Puppy Punt: i got a few other comments on the contrast aswell, i'm gonna try, but i think it might be my screen at home. Because i like high contrast, and they have plenty of that here. D: thanks for pointing that out.

@ trent: you sure? what about low contrast grey-ish b&w?

thanks all of you for watching and commenting!

Works for me perfect (and I don't think its all because all beer / Koskenkorva in my head). Very good work, you are really good to find photos in factories (and that's really hard as far as I know. You still are the Master!

Very nice.

I'd add a bit more contrast, but with shots like that, either way looks great.
