I am going to Hawaii next week and wanted to ask if anyone is aware of any interesting UE-related locations one can explore there, other than the ones posted in the LDB section? (I already made note of those. though if anyone has additional info relating to them that they'd like to share, that is very welcome)
I am especially looking for something on the big island, since all the ones I found so far are in Oahu. And I am visiting both islands.
I will keep researching on the web, but I thought that asking some "living people" would be a good idea

I dont know about any of the other islands but on Maui I know a couple of places. In downtown Lahina there are ruins of an old jail (its near the gigantic Banyan Tree), there are also ruins of a sugar cane processing plant, I forgot exactly where it was but its between Lahina and Ka'anappalli Beach.
Both are touristy trap locations with historical plaques so they arent "secret" locations. They both do allow for some great photo ops.

| | | | I'm not sure if it's still standing but 5 years ago on Maui I saw a fairly massive abandoned industrial location, it looked pretty old and decayed, in the middle of a large field.
I know it is not the sugar cane factory the other guy is talking about because I also saw that one.
