I can't actually understand it, but I'm kind of confused by what I can make out. Several of the words appear to be entirely made up of consonants, plus the capitalization seems kind of random. I'm not claiming to be an expert at greek but that doesn't match what I've seen before.

Yeah, now that I look at the writing closer, I agree with you, there's places where theres 4 consonants in a row. Also, there are vowel and consonant combinations which don't exist in the Greek language.
If it is a puzzle that is merely a cryptic to be figured out in English, then I'd like to know if what appears to be the spray painted word "Tip" has anything to do with it. If someone (not me) is really ambitious, notice how the last two lines is somewhat separated from the rest of the paragraph. This might be the key that unlocks the rest. Good luck!
Edit: I just noticed that in #2, there's more of the Greek writing above the door. You should go back down there and search that tunnel for more!
