i am glad that no visitors have removed any of the decorations or appliances. I don't want to give people the wrong ideas, but some of those 90's era audio components would still fetch a few hundred dollars from collectors.

I wonder how much longer this place is going to sit and rot. It needs ALOT of work to restore to a nice place. God forbid we ever go into a depression , but i think i know where i would be going. I think we'll call it Urbexers Mansion.

I would be afraid to go into a place like that, for fear of some type of security system still remaining intact. It looks like the kind of place that would have motion detectors and shit.

I was wondering how many people visit there every year and if the security has been beefed up because of all the recent publicity.

| | | | I doubt security has been beefed up. The most I think would happen is someone would go in and change the locks , maybe install a Alarm. I used to design security systems for ADT. For an alarm to be active they would have to have power on the house. Without a landline , they could use a cellular unit.
I doubt the owners are even aware its hit the net, hell i wonder if tyson himself even knows. Those security cameras, arent even active, from what i seen in the pics they were wired back to the house.

| | | | I heard a story a while back when the first pictures came out that Tyson no longer owns the house and the new owner is in prison. I will try and find a link but if the story is true it would explain the current condition.
