| | | | Last I checked they were Locked up tight, But keep checking they open up every once and while. As for tips, bring water its hot down, and bring a flashlight as turning the lights on could attract attention especially if you forget to turn them back off.

| | | | Usually, unless you can get in through the basement of a building, which are more secure. I've only gotten in though a building once at 6pm, kinda risky. If you want to go down I have an idea, PM me because I don't want to discuss it here.
