Back to the end of the 19th century, Belgium army constructed a belt of bunkers around main cities. Here is one of these constructions near my home.

No. It is the fort of Emines from the Position Fortifiée de Namur (PFN).
There are 9 constructions like this one around Namur.

My pictures are treated on PS. Then I run JAlbum to compress them and create the pages for my web site. The white border is added by JAlbum.

why not just save them in PS

the compression is making your pics look awful - you can see chunky blocks
