	To my knowledge and experience, the tunnels are pretty much almost entirely locked up right now so there's no easy way in. You'll need to do your own exploring or talk to the right people.

Well, there is at least one that can be used. However, it shall remain secret except to the few that I know personally, since i do not want to loose it.

But you can always find ways in that not always open, inside of buildings, its pure pot luck, and I'll leave figuring it out to you. (If your worthy to be in the tunnels, your a good enough explorere to grind it out and find your way in)
