I was up there Monday and it seems that someone does live there. There were chairs out on the lawn, like those fold up camp ones, and there are also bird feeders and gardens and stuff, like a house.

Interesting, they must own some giant offroading vehicle or something, cause my car would have scraped going down that hill. One of these days, I'm going to have to ask them if I can get an inside look.

I do think someone lives there, i"ve seen a car numerous times and garbage at the end of the driveway, although it might be someones summer home, or maybe someone lives there full time only in the warmer months.

Woke up quick at about noon, just thought that i had to be in Compton soon?

It's probably just a summer house, 'cause I never see anybody there during the winter when I drive past there on my way home from York.

your talking about princess lodge. no one lives there, but there is a care taker who lives down the road. It is a public park space and is open to the public (not the building though).

There is a door leading into the basement that is unlocked but something blocks it from opening on the other side.

Well, I guess the only real way to find out is to go up there some time and check the place out.
