| | | hey all... I would have added this to the site list but i still dont know how to do that, despite being on here for about a year. anyhow, if anyone is in anchorage alaska, they might want to check it out. GPS is 61.209245, -149.730000 If you check photos on google maps, it will show a house with an outside garage. The garage was burned down in an arson on the 27th of last month (anchorage fire marshall's report) But the house is still standing and in decent condition, minus a few burns here and there. Couple good photo shots in there too. Id offer to go with whoever is in the area, but im moving back to fairbanks today.

| | | Muldoon eh? I'd go if I didn't have an aversion to being shot ;) Definitely an interesting looking place, it seems like that house and the tract of land that stretches out from it toward Fort Richardson should have been swallowed up by development long ago. That's just a few blocks east of the contractors yard I went and snapped photos of, before I got told to get lost by a truck full of angry looking fellows. | | | I'm willing to bet that most of the vacant land is now developed considering the aerial is from 2002, although it wouldn't hurt to look.

"Government is not reason; it is not eloquence; it is force. Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master." "There's no way to rule innocent men. The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren't enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible to live without breaking laws." |

| | | Perhaps that is something for next summer, but you are going to have to be available so we can do some exploring. There's still Summit, Buckner, Asbestos, this and more to see as well. You're going to have to let me know what days you're on the slope, what days you are at home, which days you're spending time with friends or taking classes or running errands, and which days you are 100% FREE to explore. That's what killed any chances this time, especially that last Friday we planned for Summit, the 29th of August.
Looking forward to exploring next summer though.
