Is one of you up to no good at wesley, or has the municipality got something up its sleeve?

Hmmm? Could we have a couple more clues? There's two Wesleys in the Victoria area. And neither of them are that Snipes dude. Did something interesting happen at the downtown location? Does it relate to Bowker? A feeder drain maybe?

I didn't give clues because I didn't want people flocking to the place. This is some kind of water related place in Saanich. It's not what the sign says it is though, which is why I'm interested in it. Recently I noticed that a man hole cover had been recently popped, and now there is a rope tied to a nearby railing that goes down the partly closed hole. This doesn't seem like a normal thing for the muni to be doing, since it's in an area that many people walk.

Good call. The rope and partly closed hole sounds odd. Only if that area was cordoned off, with lots of signage, then maybe it was muni work. Sounds unlikely here.

Maybe check it frequently, if the workers are there regularly, they will probably get rid of the rope and close it properly. This sounds like a classic lame mistake. To leave signs of a 'visit'. Would be good to get in before they possibly seal it up. Good luck, sounds interesting.

definitely nothing down there explorable. Y junction for a couple drainage pipes no bigger than 8 inchs. On the other end of the sting (Not Exactly a rope, if we are talking about the same place) is a plastic bag with some kind of salt or something? Hanging in the middle. The only really sweet thing down there is my flashlight that I dropped and slid into the outlet... then slid until I could hear it no more 10 seconds later

Might be something else around there, but not down there.. Not sure about the sign you are talking about tho?

Maybe it's better described as a length of cordage .

The sign is above the gate on the main building. I'm more interested in looking under the diamond plated cover in front the main building.

Did the drain you were in connect to the small building next to it?
