| | | Number one leaves me cold (too busy perhaps), but some of the other color ones are as sweet as sweet. Glorious subject of course, but you've exploited it well. The B&W track one is the pick for me. Wall hanging worthy me thinks. Still think the frames and (C) useless (heard of cloning tool)? But, otherwise inspiring work. I am sure a few locations created with these here would be appreciated - at least by me. Arigato. Neko. [last edit 5/2/2007 1:53 PM by Kuroneko - edited 1 times]

| | | Great shots! 5 really stood out to me, great feeling to it, like rushing movement. In the same breath though, the off-angle doesn't work (IMHO) for 6, it is almost...disorienting. At first my eye was drawn to the window at center, then left to the corridor, then back across the frame to the right where I found...nothing. I feel that the rightmost 25% of the picture is superfluous, in that, once you've passed the corner to the right of the window, there is nothing that adds to the shot. Other than that one, I really think these are some dynamite shots. That looks like a very cool locale!

Leo1: You cant just wander around Gary going into old buildings! Theres plenty of crackheads that will bust you in the mouth for that camera, then run a train your ladyfriends. Me: I like Gary, I think its nice, aside from the lack of eats on a Sunday afternoon. Leo2: Yeah, its really nice...until we find three dead strangers in an...abandoned...thing. |

thanks for the other comments but I would like to know why you dislike the frames, photographs are framed when displayed in galleries so why not on the internet, the copyright symbol is there for a reason and that is so that my images are not stolen, this has happened before and photography is one of my forms of income and if someone steals my images they are stealing my income. I know about the cloning tool, yes I know people can clone out a copyright symbol but it is very hard to do well unless you are an expert so in the meantime a watermark which is used by every working photographer who publishes images online is the best defence against lazy journalists. | | | Great shots. The only qualm I have with them is the watermark. They distract me a bit much, I would say if you want a watermark, put on a border and apply it there. Other than that, top notch stuff
