Advice on a new site

Well, while I'm not 100% new to this game I'd like to hear some opinions on a conundrum I've stumbled into.

We explored a very "fresh" location on Sunday night, we're only 95% sure all business has ceased to operate out of there (100% sure trucks still get parked there though, which has always happened). Anyway, we covered about 3/4's of the place during our initial infiltration and what we found was long standing and mostly with a good cover of dust.

The few parts of the complex which were locked down didn't look to be active but we can't be sure. Due to day job pressure none of us are able to spare the time for a bit of surveillance to check for 'work hours' activity. Hopefully, before we head back in about a month, we should be able to find out if any of the complex is still occupied.

So to the crux of the matter, what would your ethics tell you to do with an accessible UE goldmine that may still be partly occupied? Do you go on in anyway or do you wait until you're sure it's empty?

For me, I'm pretty sure I'll be going back regardless as there was no security (camera/motion/human) to be found apart from the front gate which was easily avoided. Plus this place is pristine, no sign of others, no tags, no anything - just beautiful.

Go for it! For heaven's sake, abandonments aren't the exclusive realm of infiltration, despite what people seem to think.

It seemed like a good idea at the time...

If a place is untouched like that, go for it and get some awesome pics before kids mess it up...

Pretty much what I was going to do anyway... As for pics, I shot film on this first visit so I need to develop, scan, PP, upload. One day in the near future I'll have them done, possibly before I get back there with the digital.
