Tunnels in the South Sound?

My companion and I spent this summer exploring downtown Olympia for any tunnels and only came up with a few results. The first was the steam tunnels under a certain dome building which my companion has been in a few times but upon getting to the bottom of the manhole we found that we were standing on a pile of loose asbestos insulation so it's on the back burner. The second (And only so far) tunnel was rumored to be beneath the Urban Onion in the basement (Active!) which is supposed to lead to the old capitol building across the street. We were able to access the basement but the tunnel seemed to be less a tunnel and more a passage between the concrete foundation but it did seem to lead somewhere but we had to abort the trip due to this being a spur of the moment visit and we needed gloves to avoid all the glass.

Now lots of people downtown know rumors of tunnels but they've never seen them so we've found our fair share of steam pipe access hatches, drains and such but no bona-fide tunnels.

So my question is does anyone know of decent tunnels (Other than Evergreen, we're going to hit those in the spring) that are worth checking out in the South Sound
region?

EDIT: I just realised that I didnt go about this the right way, no one really knows me and here I am just asking for places that you probably worked hard to find/access. So to reiterate my companion and I love tunnels so if you're interested in meeting somewhere for coffee to BS and such we could check them out if anyone's up for that.

I'd also like to get some more people interested in seriously checking out the first tunnel I mentioned since it doesnt appear to have been discussed here on the board.

I've not done much around here (so no locations, sorry) but I'd be up for a coffee and such sometime. Some roofing downtown has it's allure as well, though I'm not entirely certain of the plausibility.

Hehe, this fall after the disappointment of discovering Oly is mostly tunnel free my motto was "If I cant go beneath it I'll climb on top!" and two most interesting locations would be the White Building and the bank under construction.

Coffee would be cool sometime, Ribeye or Reef mayhaps?
