I would absolutely *DIE* if I found a 1900s vintage corset. Corsetting is my other hobby and to own something like that like the grail of grails...

We were going through an old abandoned farm house and there was this old sweater just hanging up in the closet. Kinda freaky since we knew for a fact the house was pretty much empty 40 years when the people left due to a big flood. Wonder why they left the sweater.

Always listen to experts. They'll tell you what can't be done, and why. Then do it.

Pessimist by policy, optimist by temperament -- it is possible to be both. How? By never taking an unnecessary chance and by minimizing risks you can't avoid. This permits you to play out the game happily, untroubled by the certainty of the outcome. - Lazarus Long "Time Enough For Love"

A pile of slippers in a hospital hallway. Some people know what I'm talking about ;) They disappeared. Anyone know where they went?

Bloody apron and an entire dresser of a small child's clothes.
That kind of creeped me out and made me think something bad must of happened there.

I found a dirty sock or glove yesterday. The photos that I took are, for some reason, not clear enough to determine which.

I found a box at this one site I went to, and I opened it, and to my surprise, it was a corset, probably from the 1910 era, my GF, who was with me, who knows that kind of stuff, was able to identify the style.

That's just one of the most interesting things I've found, what are some of yours?

Do you have a picture of the corset? I would love to see it!

I found a pair of pajamas and a Twiggy 1960s style dress. Authentic vintage. Obviously took it home and washed it a million times, at the moment I'm sewing it to make it tighter and shorter

My friend and I found some nice clothes and wicked cool sofa in a rural house boarded up in the 50s:

If I found that, I would admit to trespassing, contact the owners, and carefully strip that wallpaper. That stuff is awesome!

Forgot to add:

The last time I was at MCS, I crawled out and found a brand new pair of counterfeit Versace jeans, with tags and everything, laying right outside of my entry. They weren't there when I went in. Too bad they were 40W30L.
