	Hi... I'm new here but not new to exploring. Is Ammendale Institute still standing? My sister, brother, and I drove there and saw three side roads that it could be on. One had a brick guardhouse in the front, another had black gates that looked like new, and another was an old house that looked abandoned, but could possibly have someone still living there - considering the mailbox and plywood with the address in the front. Was it torn down a while ago? Or is it still standing? We would love to go take pictures.

	shell is still there along with a few other smaller buildings around it

Its really not much to see aside from some cool pictures of a building in ruins and the main statue. I haven't been in a few months, but i believe there was a little utilities shed, but that's nothing special. Its got a pretty high fence blocking it off but with out much work you could probably make it and in and see...the basement? I don't think its worth it to be honest.

	If you've ever been to St. Mary's College aka Hell House, Ammendale is in about the same condition that was in until it was torn down earlier this year, except Ammendale actually has supports to help hold the structure up. Buildings have two natural enemies- water, and bears.
