Thanks!

So what does it take to get the elites to come out of the woodwork and tear into my photos?

It's a very nice set all in all. I think #4 is the weakest. It could be sharper, maybe up the contrast; it just looks blurry to me. I love #7 but what is that blue thing in the bottom right hand corner? I find it kind of distracting but maybe it couldn't be moved. Maybe you could have framed it differently so it's not half in the shot?

There is too much highlights in your photography try doing some HDR, photoshop or photomatix work well. But please don't do some cheap work with it. Also, don't do them too irrealistic. I mean...

exemple:

Bad use/ Good Use

If I didn't used High dynamic range it may looked like this:

The dark zone is correct but the white are blasted

The sand looks better in the bad use but the rest is aweful, but that's just my personal opinion. Otherwise your composition is great just try to take care of blasted white.

Number 1 would look excellent if you made it black and white and enhanced the highlights in the image.
2. Is perfect.
3. Is not bad.
4. Again, enhance the brightness and would look good in B&W
5. Is perfect.
6. Is not too bad. Something seems kind of off about it but I cant put my finger on it.
7. Is great.
8. is fabulous!!

I think they're all pretty good, I especially like 2. The only thing I caught was #4 being a bit blurry. Good job though, looks like a fun site.

Edited: 2 instead of 3.

6 is very creative in framing. I'd say that's actually my favorite and well done/thought out or maybe just lucky.

I love 8. Is that a wide angel lens? Or just not cropped down?

I actually used AutoStitch - it's five or six photos, then cropped.

Thanks for the feedback everybody!
