| | | The information on Wikipedia seems to be correct, but make sure you read your country's and/or state's laws on trespassing too. The penal codes for most places aren't that complicated. For instance, it's nice to know that in Texas trespassing can be either a class C or B misdemeanor depending on what the officer feels like charging you with and that it's legal to shoot trespassers during nighttime and also what exactly constitutes trespassing (like being on farmland is automatically trespassing, even if there are no signs). Good information for all UErs to know though. I don't exactly recommend yelling your knowledge of the law at a cop if you do get caught, but read the statutes anyway and hope that you never have to deal with them again ^^.
