	Surely everyone who needs to know already does, but there is a decent article in FFWD about the push to bring down old buildings in Calgary. 	I just wanted to add a little more to this post...I had to call Calgary Housing (the company that owns the York and other subsidised housing units) on behalf of a client and the gal I spoke to said that they have been selling off a lot of their buildings because the residents trash them so badly that there's no hope of restoring them. In the case of the York, I'm sure EnCana's big bucks didn't hurt to seal the deal. Anyways, she said they are in the process of closing down a few other buildings as well which may be good news for us!
