exploring should be the same without a buddy, the only thing is that you are alone.

Ah yes.. UERing.
So to review.. we need advice for a two+ year member on how to UER a building solo.
Also, advice on best flashlight (including pro's/con's between incandescent and LED), best shoes, best mask, and, of course.. best place to buy a tabi boot.

I found a building that needs some UE in my town. It is said to have caves under it that are 3 levels deep. I was wondering if it would be better to try to find a way into the caves first or the building. The building is boarded up except for one window that looks like it might open. But there are also no trespassing signs and a fence. What should I do?
