Well it differs from state to state (assuming you are in USA by your response) so its easiest to just ask some random cop on a street, or if you have money ask a lawyer (they also can legally reproduce these cards; so can ask them for a copy).
If you want for around 20$ I can do the research if these will be affective in your area.
